Well, at least now you know what's happening with your mother in law, though the news could be better.
i will send prayers to guide the surgeon's hand and to enable her to go through the operation and remain stable.

Dave, i am so very sorry that your mother in law has cancer. i will say prayers that they are able to remove it all, and that she does not suffer from post-operative pain.
